Frosti Fresh and Dina Epstein are a bi-costal married couple, splitting their time between LA and New York City -- but they’re so much more. Frosti has been known in the parkour realm and was the first sponsored American freerunning athlete. Before this Modern day, she started two different clothing lines, among other creative endeavors. Emily currently lives in Portland, Oregon and travels the world teaching macrame workshops, learning about energy healing, and art directing and styling photo shoots. Her book Modern Macrame comes out this spring, so she was in LA for some prep meetings and came over to record our chat.
